This solution is elegantly simple and it works. I've had severe pain for over 10 years and I've tried everything. The BTH4 guard took a few days to get used to but has been very effective at reducing pain in my jaw and head. So effective that I've been able to totally get off muscle relaxers and any pain meds. I've tried other bio feedback mechanisms (vibrating mouthguards), standard dental mouthguards, chiropractic work, massage, hypnosis, trigger point therapy -- you name it. This solution trumps it all and is comparably much less expensive than the alternatives. I highly recommend giving it a try -- even if it does look a little bit weird.

I wanted to give it a week before making any comments, but so far the results have been immediate and immense, especially for an extreme case like me, so far I can say:
- My jaw popping has almost disappeared - My occlusion has gone back to normal after years, and this is the first time in ages my molars touch again. My teeth are not randomly hitting each other, and haven't involuntarily clenched them during the day since wearing the nightguard. I feel the nightguard is not just doing its job at night, but by forcing you to relax your muscles, jaw and preserving normal occlusion, its influence goes on during the day. - Psychologically: enormous relief. This is the first time I have the feeling I have my bruxism under control and I can finally worry about boring everyday things rather than my teeth. When I first started using BTH4 I had tried everything under the horizon to get my bruxism under control and I can finally say that this is the only device that has made a difference. I am physically unable to clench so I find myself waking up with a loser jaw. The first few nights I had to get used to how the guard felt against my palate, but that quickly normalized. I am happy i found BTH4 and I am curious to see what changes it is going to bring.

Still using my guard every night - as far as I'm aware it's preventing my biting completely, and the jaw 'clicking' sound I used to sometimes get when walking has gone as well which is great.
Update: I'd heard this 'clicking' sound coming from my jaw, it's a common symptom of bruxism, that's now stopped completely which is great - I've slept without the mouth guard for the past few nights, and so far so good ! Kelvin Australia Oct 2018 |

I have had bruxism since I was ten years old. It has caused lots of facial tension. Also it has caused sensitivity and shortening of my teeth. I decided to get a prescription night guard. All this did was cause more tension and clenching at night resulting in pain in my tmj and bony growths called trophi to spring up on my jaw. It only caused more problems. Then I found bth4. It stopped the clenching (the root of the problem) and stopped the pain. I am very grateful for bth4

I read about the bth4 mouthguard on other websites and how it has had helped users. I found other mouthguards too bulky, but the bth4 guard is very thin and light and unlike other mouthguards, bth4 actually helps to stop jaw clenching. I’ve used it for several days now and have noticed a real difference with its unique biofeedback device cutting jaw clenching right down and making me aware of when it happens. I live in the UK, but the team at bth4 were incredibly helpful in shipping it out to me from the US, with an exact fit from my dentist’s impressions

It is perfectly in my mouth without problems, without bothering the gums, really comfortable. At waking up my face and my neck are fine as it did not happen for years. During the day no face/neck tension and no headaches. Ultimately I consider this device to be very useful, I will surely continue to use it, and in the coming weeks I will let you know how things are going.
Update1: Your item is really good, i'm now in perfect health, using it, only occasionally I take it off during sleep, and the things are getting better every week. Unfortunately I have not lost my habit to clench yet. If i try to sleep without mouthguard i wake up with hard pain...however I am very optimistic that I will soon be able to quit clenching. Of course you have my permission to use my words! I am very grateful to you! Update2: Hello How are you? I want to inform you that your BTH4 device is really good! i'm not clenching anymore...seems incredible to me but is real, i tried to sleep without device for 7 days and no pain, no migranes, no weak jaw in the morning!!
